Sent to Vietnam by Mega Korea Group to build a professional international clinic, Dr. Kim Ji Yeon has nearly 15 years of successfully helping Vietnamese customers rejuvenate and improve their look.
Recalling the early days of coming to Vietnam as assigned by Mega Korea Group as the Deputy Director of the international clinic Mega Gangnam, Dr. Kim Ji Yeon had many worries. A part was because that was her first unprecedented long-term business trip away from home. But another reason was a different working environment and new customers with different rejuvenation and beauty needs, not to mention the language barrier undoubtedly making her work harder. There were thousands of reasons holding Dr. Kim back.
However, the reality in Vietnam surprised her. Thanks to the enthusiastic cooperation from local colleagues, Dr. Kim and the Korean expert team have quickly established a system of facilities in Vietnam. All 4 constructed Mega Gangnam facilities in Ha Noi, Da Nang, and Ho Chi Minh City met many strict criteria from the parent group: A luxurious space, like a 5-star resort, has many green spaces and fresh flowers, bringing a peaceful feeling to customers coming for treatment; modern clinics integrate many advanced technologies transferred from Korea; many Korean and Vietnamese doctors and experts, alongside with a beauty expert team and dedicated staffs, are wholeheartedly devoted to customers.
Thanks to that, after 15 years of working in Vietnam, Dr. Kim has greatly contributed to making Mega Gangnam into one of the prominent brands in the Vietnamese rejuvenation industry, successfully rejuvenating and facial caring for millions of customers. Among them, Dr. Kim Ji Yeon herself has directly performed high-tech skin treatments for many famous artists, like Thu Minh, Dan Truong, and MC Thanh Bach.
Successfully introduced leading rejuvenation technology – Mega Fiber – to Vietnam
In 2021, seeing the rocketing increase of beauty needs after years of delay due to Covid, Dr. Kim Ji Yeon came up with a strategy to introduce a self-rejuvenation technology from A.I – Mega Fiber – to Vietnam.
It’s a rejuvenation technology that Mega Korea Group spent many years researching and perfecting. Mega Fiber can solve up to 90% of common signs of aging on women’s faces, like sunken areas due to collagen deficiency, sagging facial muscles, wrinkled skin, while creating a natural face shape without the surgery, guaranteed safe for customers.
To bring Mega Fiber to Vietnam, Dr Kim Ji Yeon, along with the Korean-Vietnamese expert team in Mega Gangnam, had to prepare facilities, machinery, and team training to fully meet the strict requirements from the corporation. Thanks to the big investment, Mega Fiber service and Mega Gangnam brand have quickly attracted Vietnamese women interested in beauty treatments and successfully convinced even the most demanding customers with service efficiency.
Working with Ho Ngoc Ha to create a specialized cosmetic set for skin after cosmetic procedures
Win after win, on an evening at the end of April 2023, the international clinic Mega Gangnam once again surprised anyone interested in beauty treatments when introducing a cosmetic product line for sensitive skin after MG by M.O.I treatments. This product line is a collaboration with a cosmetic brand M.O.I led by singer Ho Ngoc Ha as Creative Director.
This collaboration is considered to fully combine the strengths of two giants in the Vietnamese beauty industry: Mega Gangnam and M.O.I. On the one hand, these new cosmetic products will inherit M.O.I’s advantages since raw materials, production, and contributions are all done on M.O.I’s line in Korea before being transported to Vietnam.
On the other hand, Mega Gangnam owns a huge data source and in-depth analysis of customers’ conditions and specialized skin care needs. This is the basis for the MG by M.O.I’s “golden” component charts: gentle, benign, yet nutrient-rich, said Dr. Kim Ji Yeon.
