To become a high-level beauty expert working at Mega Gangnam – Mega Corporation Korea, you must meet the following criteria:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher, proficiency in either English or Korean language.
- Pleasant appearance and good communication skills.
- Completion of courses and passing the examinations for the three advanced beauty expert certificates jointly organized by the Korean Medical Aesthetics Association and Mega Corporation Korea.
- Level 1: Ordinary Certificate (basic level, not qualified to work as a beauty expert).
- Level 2: Honor Certificate (advanced level, recognized as an honorary beauty expert, eligible to work in Vietnam and Korea).
- Level 3: Expert Certificate (superior level, recognized as an international beauty expert, eligible to work in countries within the KMEA system such as China, Japan, Thailand, Singapore, etc.).
The competition for these three certificates is highly intense and has a high elimination rate, as evaluated by industry experts. The expert training course has a limited number of registrations, with only 200 people per year allowed to enroll after undergoing rigorous screening interviews. Upon completing the course, candidates must pass a minimum of 2 certificates to be eligible to practice. Currently, there are only about 50 high-level beauty experts worldwide.
